Rocky Anderson Spanks Bill O’Reilly on The Factor (Fox News)

I posted about this earlier. But last night discovered that after the interview in which Rocky Anderson thoroughly spanked O’Rielly for his ignorance of the Constitution, O’Reilly engaged Andrew Napolitano, a thoroughly discredited (by the National Review nonetheless) former TV Judge, to further misinform the American people while providing O’Reilly some much needed moral support after Rocky bitch-slapped him for not knowing the Constitution.

But then to my great surprise, Napolitano agreed with the O’Reilly lie that impeachment requires a felony or crime (not that that would be a problem either), BUT IT’S NOT TRUE! Any judge should know that, which means Napolitano is either STUPID, or he’s a lying FOX SELLOUT sonufabitch. I believe the latter is more likely.

The Constitution says “high crimes or misdemeanors”, unless Bush got it re-written recently under some new Unitary Executive privilege we don’t know about yet because it was done through a secret executive order authorizing the use of secret signing letters that amend the Constitution.

These men know no shame. They have in effect knowingly lied and mislead millions of views on behalf of their corrupt Big Media masters. Is it any wonder our country is gone to hell in a hand basket?

And here’s the interview. I can’t get enough of it.

Btw: Sean Hannity has agreed to debate Rocky in SLC on May 4th. The details have yet to be worked out. Stay tuned.

Constitutional law expert Jonathan Turley appeared on “The Factor” last night to discuss Gonzalesgate and as the picture shows, BillO ends up losing it…again. Although this was actually a fairly civilized segment compared to some, as BillO realizes he’s brought a knife to a gunfight, he does what he always does when he’s wrong: he drowns out his guest.

And the compared to some refers to this O’Reilly interview with Rocky.

I told you this is the worse spanking BillO has taken.

Gee; that looks like most o’rielly interviews, I can only say that the job was successfully done, Rocky gets painted as a kook, and those that believe orielly will follow that designation of Rocky to the grave.
Once again, WHY did Rocky go on the show? The painting of him predictable, and in my view successful by orielly. The job is to win, and Rocky suffered a blow, as his critics see him as orielly wanted them to. A kook, who hates his Country. Not that he is. but that is how it plays in republiland.

orielly is wrong however, you do not have break a specific written law to be impeached, just conduct yourself as president in a manner contra to the Spirit of the Constitution, or repugnant to the norms of the governing body, if the majority agrees.

In this way clinton was impeached.

Where can I find a transcript of this exchange? Those of us who do not have the computer capability of downloading videos would like to know what went on.
