    Was I right, OR WHAT!

I’m gonna hop on a bus and get downtown right now!

I’m assuming everybody on this blog knows what I’m talkin’ about!

    Matt Damon’s net worth = $65 million.

I am all for forcibly redistributing his wealth.

    Brewski hates Howard Zinn. :(

    Here you go:

My step-dads father had a lumber company that was across the street from Rocky Anderson’s dads lumber company. They always complained that because Rocky’s dad was a Mormon, they were getting all the business. My step-dads lumber company, (Valley Lumber), eventually went out of business, but I remembered the rivalry, recently and asked my mom what my step-dad thought about Rocky’s stint as mayor of Salt Lake. She said he greatly admired the job he was doing.

Larry, you will need to take up TPP with Mr. Obama, the guy you voted for.

    brewski:

You can’t be talking about governor tar sands, are you?

  7. #7 by brewski on November 25, 2013 - 7:19 am

He calls himself a Progressive. Must be so.

  8. #8 by cav on November 25, 2013 - 8:25 am

Progressivism is burdoned with associations that are not exactly progressive, so too is conservatism burdened with the likes of the Kochs,

“The feeling that you aren’t being heard or seen or represented isn’t psychosis; it’s government policy”. (Pieces of Russell Brand, 24 October 2013)

I guess it’s all about the regulations put forth and passed into law by our ‘Representatives’.

Russell Brand is awesome. I loved how he owned Mika B. and made her look like the moron she is.

He just gave a quick run-through of how she could do her job better. But first, he politely suffered through a barrage of ignorant comments from the panel, who clearly had not bothered to find out much about their guest ahead of time.

He really does do a good job blasting the PTB.

It’s just that neither you, me nor he actually own the media. That possession itself embodies some really persuasive, unfair and dangerous possibilities.

  11. #13 by brewski on November 25, 2013 - 9:07 am

    PTB?

    • #14 by Richard Warnick on November 25, 2013 - 9:08 am

      PTB = Powers That Be.

FX cancelled the “Brand X With Russell Brand” talk show probably because the guests were so far left that Americans didn’t even know who they were.

      • #15 by brewski on November 25, 2013 - 11:58 am

I guess you think the Westboro Baptist Church is left.

        • #16 by Richard Warnick on November 25, 2013 - 1:03 pm

I missed that episode. I didn’t say ALL his guests were leftists. Anyway, it’s hard to know where “God hates fags” screechers fit on the political spectrum – unless the right wants to claim them.

          • #17 by brewski on November 25, 2013 - 2:57 pm

Well, they are Statists like you.

Sorry I had to cut this post off before I finished it, but Matt Damon was reading from Howard Zinn and I had to get downtown on the bus, pronto!

George Carlin is worth way more then his weight in gold.

Wasn’t Carlin incinerated? And gold is down to 1260.

  14. #20 by Larry Bergan on November 25, 2013 - 2:58 pm

I hope to be incinerated some day.

Don’t like to take up space.

  15. #21 by Frank Kafka on November 27, 2013 - 2:03 pm

That can be arranged, if you pay more than 1000 dollars you getting ripped off.

    • #22 by Larry Bergan on November 30, 2013 - 7:18 pm

I’ve been led to think it would cost twice that.

How much would it cost if I self-immolated inside St. Marks hospital and burned the place down?

I’m not being serious!!! There are WAY too many innocent victims inside St. Marks.

Larry’s remains could be sold on the marijuana market. He;d bring a pretty penny. Then smoke ‘im.

    : )

      cav:

I’m pretty sure you’ve got me mixed up with Willie Nelson who recently wrote a song called “Roll Me Up And Smoke Me When I Die”

Willie has a great voice and so did John Denver.

Personally, I can’t afford the stuff, but if I could, you’d have a point. :)

Sorry, but I need to see that again:

George certainly made a shockingly funny, but sad joke of the impossibility of courageous anti-capitalist, anti-imperialist, marxist intellectuals and their sympathizers to succeed within the capitalist, imperialist, (read: anti-marxist) institutions which are through and through designed to validate, sustain and promote the ideologies of empire aspiring capitalism and its coincidental concentration of wealth.
    Lol.
