Changing process to change outcomes

In recent years, there’s been an burgeoning industry in how people function in groups, make decisions, and manage change. Some of the more powerful of these tools include Appreciative Inquiry and The World Cafe. Appreciative Inquiry (AI for short) and The World Cafe are mutually reinforcing. Both are based on the ideas that the information and wisdom we need to create effective change already exist within our groups and organizations.
