The tax payer funded Congress and Senate switchboard is being illegally used to push ObamaCare. If you call your Congressman or Senator via the Capitol switchboard you will be given a pitch to urge your Congressman to vote for Obama’s health-care plan.
Thank you for calling your Representative and your Senators.
Please urge them to vote yes on health insurance reform. Because the American people can no longer wait for more choices, lower costs, and coverage we can count on.

Whether you approve of Obama’s health care plan or not you should be outraged that tax-payer funded resources are being used to push anyone’s political agenda. When you call your Congressman you should not be subjected to any kind of pitch prior to being connected.
Call your Congressman and alert them to put a stop to this, and hold those responsible for this miss-allocation of government resources.
Imagine the outcry if George W Bush tried this?
After some investigating this 800 number may actually be run by liberal lobbying groups duping people into calling that number instead of the regular Capitol switchboard, then they give you the pitch and forward you to the real one.
If this is the case then we need to find out the organization(s) behind this and expose them. It would be interesting to discover the legality of this. What we may need to do is call this number repeatedly because every call costs the 800 number owners money. Just make sure you don’t let the call forward to the switchboard so no tax money will be used. This is what happened after firstname.lastname@example.org was exposed. So many people spammed it that it forced them to take it down.
Well, if anyone would know, it would be Rove, eh? Tonight’s Hypocrisy Watch: Lest we forget.
On the last day of the Bush presidency, let’s review the greatest shame of his regime.
It’s almost 11 minutes in length, but extremely important. We must never forget. Will these criminals ever face justice?
